For the past eight years, Cat Kevern’s presence has been synonymous with the global live events scene. Her journey leaves an impactful mark on legendary events and venues worldwide. From large-scale sporting events to vibrant live events in Costa Rica, New Zealand, and even Morocco, she's embraced her nomadic spirit, leveraging her fluency in French and Spanish to travel the world.


Recently, Cat has started a new chapter of her career, focusing her attention on her business venture: Electric Cat Productions. Through this endeavour, the team offer B2B marketing strategies, specialising in planning and delivering exceptional events.


Marketing Coordinator

Daisy is an experienced marketing coordinator with a passion for creating results-driven campaigns. Based in Bristol, UK, she has a solid track record of developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and create conversations. Daisy is skilled in developing campaigns across a variety of channels including email and social media. In her free time, Daisy enjoys digital drawing, baking, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Events Assistant

Georgina is an Events Management student at The University of East London in her second year. Georgina lives for live music events. From the smallest clubs to the biggest festivals, she has seen it all. She's passionate about women's position in the events industry and is keen to make her mark on the industry in the near future.

Project Coordinator

Joey is a final year Festival and Entertainment management student at Sheffield Hallam University, also a freelancer with a passion for the live music / festivals industry with over 2 years of experience. As her degree comes to an end this summer, she aspires to take on new roles with more responsibility, expand her network and get more involved in the touring industry. She moved over to the UK from Malaysia for her degree and the industry that she is greatly interested in and has not looked back since. Joey really looks forward to being a part of NOWIE and support women, especially BAME women and open up more opportunities/ break down barriers for them.

Marketing Coordinator

Laura is a marketing assistant and freelance events professional. Trading the mundanity of German suburban life for a Masters in Newcastle, she has been an integral part of the North-East live events scene for coming on 5 years, getting involved with local organisations championing emerging artists whenever she can. Laura lives for live music and is pursuing a career in live events and festival marketing. She is looking forward to joining the growing NOWIE team and working with the brilliant women behind the scenes.

Project Coordinator

Sarah is a seasoned Festival Operations and Event Manager working at senior level at medium to large sized events. With an impressive 15-year career in the UK festival scene, her work has also taken her to various corners of the world, including Asia, East Africa, Central America, and Europe. She is passionate about operations management, and is currently improving her H&S experience. Sarah's commitment to harm reduction, supporting survivors of domestic abuse, empowering women, and nurturing neurodiverse employees underpins her holistic approach to event management. She firmly believes in creating inclusive spaces that celebrate the richness of human diversity.
