  • Cat Kevern, Director

    Cat Kevern's role involves setting the overall business strategy, building key relationships and leading all creative aspects of the brand. She oversees major projects, interviews senior prospective recruits, sets policies, and represents NOWIE within the industry. Additionally, Cat is responsible for managing the overall budget and shaping the commercial strategy.

  • Natalie Evans, operations manager

    Natalie Evans, NOWIE's Operations Manager, plays a vital role in ensuring everything runs seamlessly. She manages logistics, optimises processes, and oversees key operations, ensuring efficiency. Natalie’s attention to detail and operational expertise keep NOWIE on track.

  • Sarah Spurgeon, Level Up project manager

    Sarah Spurgeon oversees the Mentorship Programme: Level Up, ensuring the smooth delivery of all aspects of the programme. She carefully manages the mentor-mentee matching process and orchestrates events that support participants journey. Sarah’s role is pivotal in providing valuable growth opportunities for participants.

    Jennifer Vance, NOWIE's Event Producer, is dedicated to creating impactful events centered around networking, community and professional development. She manages event planning and budget management, ensuring seamless execution. With a creative touch in event design, Jen focuses on delivering experiences that foster community.
