Cat Kevern's role involves setting the overall business strategy, building key relationships and leading all creative aspects of the brand. She oversees major projects, interviews senior prospective recruits, sets policies, and represents NOWIE within the industry. Additionally, Cat is responsible for managing the overall budget and shaping the commercial strategy.
